I. Special Permit to develop a parking lot in the R-4 District, 1121114 Lorton
Avenue (APN 029-231-180), by Wesley Malkemus of Three Cities Assembly of
God (ND-177P posted October 12, 1978).
2. Special Permit to operate 16 racquetball courts, 1 graining court and
gymnasium, coffee and pro shop, and supporting facilities in the M-1 District,
1600-1638 Gilbreth Road (APN 026-310-200/210/220/230/240/260/270), by Kenn
Edwards,of Burlingame Racquetball Club (applicant) with Hansen -Cole
