Appeal from the determination of the Building Department that a proposed 23,000 SF canopy must have both a fire sprinkler system and a fire retardant roof; property at 620 Airport Boulevard (portion of APN 026-342-210; State Parcel #10), zoned C-4, by Cyrus McMillan for Bob Fash of American International Skateparks, Inc. 2. Tentative Parcel Map, being a resubdivision of the property at 1705 Murchison Drive/1833 Magnolia Avenue (APN 025-121-220) into Parcel A and Parcel B, by Brian/Kangas/Foulk & Associates for the California Teachers Association (continued from June 26, 1978). Variance from Code Sec. 25.66.050 to add a second covered parking space and extend the existing house to within 10'-6" of the rear property line; property at 2500 Hayward Drive (APN 025-172-070), zoned R-1, by Hart Shadrick. 6. Special Permit to allow True Learning Center, Inc. to hold classes in Washington Elementary School; property at 801 Howard Avenue (APN 029-271-200), by Larry Krusemark (applicant) with Burlingame School District (property owner). 7. Special Permit to operate a modeling and charm school at 840 Hinckley Road (APN 026-310-530), zoned M-1, by Mark Green of California Fashion Models, Inc. (applicant) with Herman Christensen of Aerobay Office Center (property owner). 8. Request by Vincent Polieo of Aztec Rent-A-Car and Leasing, Inc.
