Variance from Code Sec. 25.70.030 to construct'a building with 29,544 SF of office space and 17,200 SF of restaurant space, with 30 compact car spaces; property at 800 Airport Boulevard (APN 026-342-190/200), zoned C-4, by Joseph Kent of Raiser Architectural Group for Stanley Lo (applicant and property owner).
