2. Special Permit to operate an automotive repair service at 1365 Rollins
Road (APN 026-122-200), zoned M-1, by Jack K. Hudson (applicant) with
Boger and Reed (owners). (ND-87P Posted 7/15/76).
3. Special Permit to construct an addition to an accessory building and to
use this building as a rumpus room, at 1404 Balboa Avenue (APN 026-
