Meeting of June 28, 1976
1. Final EIR-37P for Reclassification from R-1 to C-3 of a corner lot at
the intersection of Peninsula Avenue and Dwight Road.
2. Resolution No. 2-76 re: Reclassification of Lot 17, Block 36, Lyon and
Hoag Subdivision in the Town of Burlingame (APN 029-301-160), located
at the corner of Dwight Road and Peninsula Avenue, from R-1 to C-3, by
Perbak Corporation, Paul S. Peratis, president and K. G. McGavin, owner.
3. Draft EIR-39P for JRM Office Building Project, at 33 Park Road and E1
Camino Real, by George Dai, Architects and JRM Company, owners.
4. Reclassification of Lots 2B, 2C, 3A, 3B and 3D, Block 3, Map 1, RSM 4/6,
Town of Burlingame (APN 029-223-01/02/10/11/12), from R-3 to C-1, by
Jacob Ratinoff.
(Items 3 and 4 have been withdrawn upon written request of applicant, and fees
have been refunded.)
5. Variance for a second story addition with two bedrooms and bath over an
existing garage which is less than 20' wide at 2000 Devereux Drive
(APN 025-212-280), zoned R-1, by Edward and Bernadetta Dowd.
6. Fence Exception to allow replacement of existing 8' high arch at side of
house, 1900 Hillside Drive (APN 026-053-090), zoned R-1, by Helen E. Olson.

with Southern Pacific Land Company (owner).
8. Special Permit to operate an automotive repair business at 1365 Rollins
Road (APN 026-122-200), zoned M-1, by Jack K. Hudson (applicant) with
Boger and Reed (owners).
9. Special Permit to construct an addition to an illegal accessory building
and use the extended structure for family hobbies, at 1404 Balboa Avenue
(APN 026-013-190), zoned R-1, by Olof and Lynne Flodin.
