December 8, 2023 buiw hr/.utv lYrllIDl Kevin Gardiner, AICP, Community Development Directol Date: .l RESOLUTION APPROVING CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION, MASTER SIGN PROGRAM, AND SIGN VARIANCE RESOLVED, by the Planning Commission of the City of Burlingame that WHEREAS, a Categorical Exemption has been prepared and application has been made for a Master Sion Proqram and Sion Variance fo r new exterior walls sions on a mixed-use buildinq at I Adrian Court zoned RRMU, CP Vll Adrian, LLC, propertv owner, APN: 025-169-380 WHEREAS, said matters were heard by the Planning Commission of the City of Burlingame on November 27. 2023, at which time it reviewed and considered the staff report and all other written materials and testimony presented at said hearing; On the basis of the lnitial Sludy and the documents submitted and reviewed, and comments received and addressed by this Commission, it is hereby found that there is no substantial evidence that the project set forth above will have a significant effect on the environment, and categorical exemption, per CEQA Section 1531 1 (a), which states that construction or placement of minor structures accessory to (appurtenant to) existing commercial, industrial, or institutional facilities, including but not limited to on-premise signs, is exempt from environmental review, is hereby approved. Said Master Sign Program and Sign Variance are approved subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
