1. Six Special Permits for an existing artist workshop with
office, kitchen, toilet and shower, and lanai at 724
Paloma Avenue (APN 029-043-270), zoned R-1, by Mehmet
Bayrawglu (applicant and property owner) and B.
Behravesh (designer).
2. Special Permit for a travel agency (retail sales) at 1588
Gilbreth Road, Suite 201 (APN 026-321-350 & 026-321-180),
zoned M-1, by Larissa Stone, DBA Bay Area Travel
Consultation (applicant) and Aldo & Priscilla Lovotti
(property owners).

3. Special Permit for an addition to an existing detached
garage at 1408 Cabrillo Ave. (APN 026-051-110), zoned R-
1, by Darren Designs, (applicant and designer), and Mr.

4. Declining Height Variance to build a two story addition
and detached garage at 1109 Grove Avenue, (APN 026-081-
130), zoned R-1, by Patrick McSweeney, (applicant and
property owner), and Ricky Powderly, (designer)
(continued till floodplain issue resolved).
5. Three Special Permits to expand a non conforming garage
which is located in the front of the main building, with
a height that exceeds the 10'-0" plate line and the 141-
0" maximum height; and Three Variances for front setback,
lot coverage, and declining height envelope for first and
second story additions to the residence at 2105 Adeline
Ave. (APN 027-143-120), zoned R-1, by Darrens Designs,
(applicant and designer), and Mr. Don Riddiough,
(property owner) (continued till revised plans are
received).
6. Tentative Condominium Map for Six Units at 1532
Floribunda Ave. (APN 029-100-320), zoned R-3, by Duke
Wall (applicant and property owner) and Perry Cosseboom
(engineer).
7. Special Permit to provide 416 SF of outdoor seating and
approximately 800 SF of indoor seating for an existing
restaurant (La Gare) at 1190 California Drive, (APN 026-
197-010), zoned unclassified land, by R & C Merlet,
applicant, and Caltrains, (property owner).
8. Special Permit for automotive restoration and service and
Parking Variance for number of spaces and dimension, at
1295 Rollins Road (APN 026-131-030), zoned M-1, by W.
Baumgartmer, (applicant), and Leon H. Kazarian,
(architect).
9. Special Permit for automotive wholesale and retail sales,
service, repair and detail service at 1280 Rollins Road
(APN 026-134-120 and 026-134-130), zoned M-1, by
Autohaus-Europa, Inc. Willy Ostertag, (applicant), and
Wells Fargo Bank, (property owner).
