1. Special Permit for an addition to an existing detached
garage at 1408,Cabrillo Ave. (APN 026-051-110), zoned R-
1, by Darren Designs, (applicant and designer), and Mr.
and Mrs. Gollier, (property owner).
2. Three Special Permits to expand a non conforming garage
which is located in the front of the main building, with
a height that exceeds the 10'-0" plate line and the 141-
0" maximum height; and Three Variances for front setback,
lot coverage, and declining height envelope for first and
second story additions to the residence at 2105 Adeline
Ave. (APN 027-143-120), zoned R-1, by Darrens Designs,
(applicant and designer), and Mr. Don Riddiough,
(property owner).
3. Special Permit to provide 416 SF of outdoor seating and
approximately 800 SF of indoor seating for an existing
restaurant (La Gare) at 1190 California Drive, (APN 026-
197-010), zoned unclassified land, by R & C Merlet,
applicant, and Caltrains, (property owner).
4. Special Permit for automotive wholesale and retail sales,
service, repair and detail service at 1280 Rollins Road

Wells Fargo Bank, (property owner).
5. Special Permit for automotive restoration and service and
Parking Variance for number of spaces and dimension, at
1295 Rollins Road (APN 026-131-030), zoned M-1, by W.
Baumgartmer, (applicant), and Leon H. Kazarian,
(architect).
