2. Negative Declaration, Parking Variance, and Height Limit
Special Permit for a new two story retail and office
building with underground parking at 1218-1230 Burlingame
Ave./1209-1215 Donnelly Ave. ,(APN 029-152-320), zoned C-1
Sub Area A, by Kuo Yen Chen & Wang Su Chen & Robert Chen

6. Amendment to Special Permit to allow seven employees for
