Front and Side Yard Setback Variances for a 21' -0" X 21' - 6" (451.5 SF) carport, at 40 Broderick Road (APN 025-166- 100), zoned M-1, by Saturday Construction Co. (applicant), and Nomura Co. (property owner). VI. ACTION ITEMS 3. Front Setback Variance to allow 15'-0" front setback where 32'-6" is the average, to build a new two story single family residence at 1617 Sanchez Avenue (APN 028- 131-270), zoned R-1, by Dale Meyer Architect (applicant and designer) and Richard Varni (property owner). 4.
