1. Special Permit to install an aerial antenna on the roof
of an existing office building at 1633 Bayshore Highway
(APN 026-310-560), zoned M-1, by Charlie Royce of Mercy
Care Life, (applicant) and Larry Lyons, Burlingame Office
Center (property owners).
2. Front and Side Yard Setback Variances for a 21' -0" X 21' -
6" (451.5 SF) carport, at 40 Broderick Road (APN 025-166-
100), zoned M-1, by Saturday Construction Co.
(applicant), and Nomura Co. (property owner).

3. Front Setback Variance to allow 15'-0" front setback
where 32'-6" is the average, to build a new two story
single family residence at 1617 Sanchez Avenue (APN 028-
131-270), zoned R-1, by Dale Meyer Architect (applicant
and designer) and Richard Varni (property owner).
4. Tentative Map for a parcel split of the lands of Robert
and Joann O'Connor at 2811 Hillside Drive/2108 Summit
Drive (APN 027-104-020), zoned R-1, by Robert O'Connor
(applicant and property owner).
5. Special Permits to add bath, including a shower, sink and
toilet to an existing pool house; and to use the pool
house for living quarters, at 1341 Columbus Avenue, (APN
027-153-320) , zoned R-1, by James Wells and Carol Windsor
(applicant and property owners) (continued to May 13,
1991) .
6. Special Permit for a Fragrance and Perfume Shop at 1199
Broadway (APN 026-192-220), zoned C-1 Broadway Commercial
Area, by Carlos Parra (applicant) and Garbis Bezdjian
(property owner).
7. Sign Exception for a bay front parapet sign at 1800
Bayshore Highway, Marriott Hotel, (APN 024-380-080),
zoned C-41 by Stan Moore (applicant), Mutual
Benefit/Marriott Associates-II,L.P., (property owners),
and William Delaney/Gerald Gary (architect).
8. General Plan Conformance for SAMTRANS Acquisition of 945-
929 California Drive for a 24 hour Day Care Facility.
