1. Front Setback Variance to allow 15'-0" front setback
where 32'-6" is the average, to build a new two story
single family residence at 1617 Sanchez Avenue (APN 028-
131-270), zoned R-1, by Dale Meyer Architect (applicant
and designer) and Richard Varni (property owner).
2. Special Permits to add bath, including a shower, sink and
toilet to an existing pool house; and to use the pool
house for living quarters, at 1341 Columbus Avenue, (APN
027-153-320), zoned R-1, by James Wells and Carol Windsor
(applicant and property owners).
3. Sign Exception for a bay front parapet sign at 1800
Bayshore Highway, Marriott Hotel, (APN 024-380-080),
zoned C-4, by Stan Moore (applicant), Mutual
Benefit/Marriott Associates-II,L.P., (property owners),
and William Delaney/Gerald Gary (architect).

4. Special Permits and a Parking Variance for an existing
bath, including a shower, sink, and toilet in a detached
garage at 1233 Drake Avenue (APN 026-172-080) , zoned R-1,
by Mr. and Mrs. Marco Venturino (applicant and property
owner) .
5. Variances to Declining Height Envelope and Side Yard
Setback to build a two story addition and detached garage
at 1347 Montero Ave. (APN 027-193-200), zoned R-1, by Bob
& Mary Lundstrom (applicant and property owner) and JD &
Associates (designer).
6. Sign Exception for a change of copy from 'Porsche/Audi'
to 'Porsche' for one face only, to an existing sign at
1010 Cadillac Way, (APN 026-233-080), zoned C-2, by Vern
Erickson, Economy Signs Inc., (applicant), and James
Hannay, Rector Motors, (property owner).
7. Special Permit for limousine service located at 875
Mahler Road (dispatch, administrative office) (APN 026-
322-180) and 1560B Gilbreth Road (storage and parking for
limousines) (APN 026-321-490), both addressees zoned M-1,
by Sam Amato (applicant) and Harvard Investment Company
(property owner).
