1. Special Permit for an existing bath, including a shower,
sink, and toilet in a detached garage at 1233 Drake
Avenue (APN 026-172-080), zoned R-1, by Mr. and Mrs.
Marco Venturino (applicant and property owner).
2. Special Permit for limousine service located at 875
Mahler Road (dispatch, administrative office) (APN 026-
322-180) and 1560B Gilbreth Road (storage and parking for
limousines) (APN 026-321-490), both addressees zoned M-1,
by Sam Amato (applicant) and Harvard Investment Company
(property owner).

3. Special Permit and Height Variance to install a 10'
diameter satellite dish antenna in the rear yard of an
existing residence at 3018 Hillside Drive (APN 027-030-
010) , zoned R-1, by Ross Schendel (applicant and property
owner) and Jerry Schuhf, Construction Electronics
(designer).
4. Fence Exception for a 6'-0" tall fence in the front and
side yard at 950 Newhall Avenue (APN 028-131-290), zoned
R-1, by Michael Price (applicant), Dr. and Mrs. Florio
(property owners), and Ransohoff Blanchfield Jones
(architect).
5. Sign Exception for number for the previously approved
1/19/88 sign program at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, 1333

American Neon (applicant and designer), and HTKG
Development Assoc. (property owner).
6. Special Permit to convert 1031 SF of warehouse to retail
sales at Unit #11 1461 Bayshore Boulevard (APN 026-111-
110), zoned M-1, by Stelvio Storace (applicant),
Peninsula Properties (property owner), JD & Associates
designer).
7. Negative Declaration, an Amendment to the Special Permit
for 1730 Rollins Road for Access, and a Landscaping
Variance for a -new parking lot at 1742 Rollins Road (APN
025-169-170) , zoned M-1, by Arthur Michael (applicant and
property owner) and Kavanaugh Engineering (designer).
