HILLSIDEREHABILITATION PROJECT - JOB #325 -
SEWER SYSTEMiWORK - SCHEDULES
B, D AND F, SEWER SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized an invitation for bids
for the Hillside Rehabilitation Project, Job #325, and
WHEREAS, on 11/8/ 198 4, all bids received were opened
before the City Clerk and the Director of Public Works; and
WHEREAS, L.J. DUARTE, INC. OF MARYSVILLE submitted
the lowest bid for the job in the amount of $ 342,693 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED, and it is hereby ORDERED, that the
itbid of L.J. DUARTE, INC. for said JOB #325
in the amount of $342,693 be, and the same hereby is accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a contract be entered into between the
ii successful bidder hereinabove referred to and the City of Burlingame for

the performance of said work, and that the City Manager be, and he hereby
i
is authorized for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame to execute said
contract and to approve the faithful performance bond and the labor and
materials bond required to be furnished by the contractor.
