2. Special Permit for the construction of a 24 bed
residential care facility for the elderly at 1117-1123
Rhinette Ave. (APN 026-093-150/ 026-093-140), zoned R-3,
by John and Wilma Cimino, John Cimino Jr., and Joseph
Miceli (applicant), and Jack D. and Dorothy A. Jones
(property owner).
3. Sign Exception for an awning sign at 308 Lorton Ave. (APN
