zoned M-1, by Lonnie Sopko (applicant and commercial
tenant).
1-A. Parcel split into two parcels at 1333 Marsten Road (APN
026-133-010), zoned M-1, by Mr. Woodhall (applicant and
property owner).
VI. ACTION ITEMS
2. Special Permits to convert a nonconforming second unit
into a recreation room and Variance from side setback
requirement at 609 Bayswater Avenue (APN 029-293-040),
zoned R-1, by Ron Bellanti (applicant and property
owner) (continued from 10/10/89).
3. Variance request for side setback in order to add a
second story at 1204 Drake Avenue (APN 026-171-170),
zoned R-1, by Silas Wheaton (applicant and property
owner).
4. Variance request from side setback in order to
construct an 82.5 SF storage shed attached to the
garage at 2700 Martinez Drive (APN 025-022-010), zoned
R-1, by Mayata and Jensen (applicant and contractor).
5. Special Permits for accessory structure size; water
connection in structure; and use of structure for a
home occupation at 1433 Paloma Avenue (APN 026-074-
060), zoned R-1, by Carol Petterson (applicant and
property owner).
