Special Permit to convert an existing service commercial retail use to a carry -out bakery at 1160 Capuchino Avenue (APN 026-211-270), zoned C-1, by Teri Jew (applicant and commercial tenant). 3. Special Permit for establishment for sale of services at retail and Variance for parking at 70 Star Way (APN 026-131-190), zoned M-1, by Gary Christensen (applicant and industrial tenant). VI. ACTION ITEMS 4. Special Permits to convert a nonconforming second unit into a recreation room and Variance from side setback requirement at 609 Bayswater Avenue (APN 029-293-040), zoned R-1, by Ron Bellanti (applicant and property owner). 5.
