Swanson -Peterson (applicant and property owner).
2. Special Permit to convert an existing service
commercial retail use to a carry -out bakery at 1160
Capuchino Avenue (APN 026-211-270), zoned C-1, by Teri
Jew (applicant and commercial tenant).
3. Special Permit for establishment for sale of services
at retail and Variance for parking at 70 Star Way (APN
026-131-190), zoned M-1, by Gary Christensen (applicant
and industrial tenant).
VI. ACTION ITEMS
4. Special Permits to convert a nonconforming second unit
into a recreation room and Variance from side setback
requirement at 609 Bayswater Avenue (APN 029-293-040),
zoned R-1, by Ron Bellanti (applicant and property
owner).
5. Hillside Construction Permit to construct two
downstairs bedrooms and bath which create a second
floor at 2713 Arguello Drive (APN 025-022-130), zoned
R-1, by Mr. and Mrs. Lam (applicants and property
owners).
6. Request for six month time extension for use permit
granted October 3, 1988 to operate a car rental at 820
Malcolm Road (APN 026-301-140/150), zoned M-1, by
Michael Nilmeyer (architect and representative for
American International).
