2. Condominium Permit and Condominium Map for a three unit
building at 1443 Floribunda Avenue (APN 029-112-020),
zoned R-3, by Dale Meyer Associates (applicant) and
Walt Baccala/Jack Ault (property owners).
3. Parking Variance for use of a 2,260 SF second floor
tenant space for a picture framing shop and art sales
