Variance to parking dimensions in order to legalize the
conversion of nonconforming carports to garages at 1511
Newlands Avenue (APN 028-294-220), zoned R-1, by
Antonio Mariani (applicant and property owner).
2. Negative Declaration, Condominium Permit and
Condominium Map for an 11 unit condominium building at
1117-1125 Rhinette Avenue (APN 026-093-140/150), zoned
R-3, by Jack and Dorothy Jones (applicants and property
owners).
3. Special Permit for the use of a 473 SF area inside an
existing gas station for the sale of snack items at
.1100 Broadway (APN 026-093-040), zoned C-1, by Mohammad

addition at 1536 Los Montes Drive (APN 027-015-150),

9. Two Special Permits for long term auto leasing and
