1. Two Special Permits for long term auto leasing and
retail auto sales at 890 Cowan Road (APN 024-390-220),
zoned M-1, by Amazon Sales & Leasing (applicant) and
Kaitronics Corp. (property owner).
2. Variance for lot coverage and two Special Permits for
use of a 110 SF accessory structure as a recreation
room and the addition of a bathroom to it at 1529
Albemarle Way (APN 025-228-350), zoned R-1, by Allen
and Ann Menicucci (applicants and property owners).

3. Parking Variance to replace an existing one car garage
with a new one car garage where two parking spaces are

4. Variances to side yard setback, declining height

5. Variances to side yard setback and parking for the
addition of a first floor family room and garage
extension and a second floor bedroom/bath addition at

owners).
6. Variances to front setback, side yard setback and
declining height envelope and a hillside area

7. Two Special Permits for an existing 342 SF accessory

by Greg and Jennifer Cohn (applicants and property
owners) (CONTINUED FROM APRIL 10, 1989 MEETING).
8. Parking Variance and two Special Permits for a 20, x
40' garage converted to a workshop and recreation room
with bath and the garage area reduced to 11 1 x 17' at
1515 Bernal Avenue (APN 026-034-090), zoned R-1, by
Camille Baker (applicant and property owner).
9. Sign Exception for a pole sign at 1100 Broadway (APN
026-093-040), zoned C-1, by Tom Pforsich (applicant)
and Desert Petroleum (property owner).
10. Special Permit Amendment for a snack shop at an
existing gas station at 1101 Broadway (APN 026-191-
