2. Sign Exception for a pole sign at 1100 Broadway (APN
026-093-040), zoned C-1, by Tom Pforsich (applicant)
and Desert Petroleum (property owner).
3. Special Permit Amendment for a snack shop at an
existing gas station at 1101 Broadway (APN 026-191-
250), zoned C-2, by American Personnel Services, Inc.

8. Special Permit and Parking Variance to legalize 12
lodging rooms converted to six one -bedroom units with

(applicant) and Casa Amiga Burlingame (property owner).
9. Special Permit and Parking Variance for the operation
of an English gift shop and tea room at 1105 Burlingame
Avenue (APN 029-211-010), zoned C-1, Sub Area A, by The
Pierrepont Group (applicant) and Dorothy Hoag, et al
(property owner).
10. Amendment to condition of rezoning to allow businesses
to extend their hours from 7:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.
Monday -Friday at 1508 Adeline Drive (APN 026-011-030),
zoned C-1, by Mufid Shehadeh (applicant) and Nancy C.
