owners).
2. Special Permit and Parking Variance to legalize 12
lodging rooms converted to six one -bedroom units with
efficiency kitchens at 250 Myrtle Road (APN 029-215-
240), zoned R-3, by Retirement Inn of Burlingame
(applicant) and Casa Amigo Burlingame (property owner).
3. Special Permit and Parking Variance for the operation
of an English gift shop and tea room at 1105 Burlingame
