1. Fence Exception for a 51 high fence on a corner lot
where 3' is the maximum height allowed, at 1304 Bernal
Avenue (APN 026-063-140), zoned R-1, by Kristine and
James Cannon (applicants and property owners).
2. Fence Exception for a 10' high fence along the side
property line where 6' is the maximum height allowed at
1536 Vancouver Avenue (APN 026-034-220), zoned R-1, by
Robert and Carol Metzler (applicants and property
owners).
3. Negative Declaration and two Special Permits to build
and operate a grocery store which abuts a residential
district, at 814 Edgehill Drive (APN 029-022-150),
zoned C-2, by Shuji and Ryuko Suruki (applicants and
property owners).
4. Negative Declaration, Special Permit and Parking
Variance to use a 16,425 SF warehouse/office building
for the operation of batting cages, incidental sale of
baseball items and holding individual and group

7. Fence Exception for a 61-8" to 61-10" high fence where

owners).
8. Special Permit for use of Unit No. 3 as a gift shop at
1199 Broadway (APN 026-192-220), zoned C-1, by Heart 'N

9. Three Special Permits for use of a 958 SF tenant space
as a grocery store and delicatessen, at 891 California
