property owner).
2. Two Variances and a Special Permit for construction of
a new garage at 825 Linden Avenue (APN 029-026-080),
zoned R-1, by Peter Scopazzi (applicant and property
owner).
3. Special Permit and Parking Variance for the operation
of six baseball batting cages as well as the retail
sale of baseball related items and snack -type food
items at 857 Malcolm Road (APN 026-302-460), zoned M-1,
by James Bernardini and Steve Teani (applicants) and
David Lohrey and Elizabeth Danel (property owners).
4. Special Permit to pave and fence a vacant 1.36 acre
