and Alex Fisherman (property owner).
2. Parking Variance to add 480 SF of mezzanine retail
grocery store space to an existing grocery store at
1399 Broadway (APN 026-211-280), zoned C-1, by David
Hinckle (applicant) and Marion M. & H. F. Kaufmann, TR
(property owners).
3. Special Permit for expansion of a nonconforming use and
Variance to declining height ordinance for expansion of
the residential units at 869 California Drive (APN 026-
203-060), zoned C-2, by William and Joellyn Rinnander
(applicants and property owners).
4. Parking Variance for the addition of 1,536 SF of
mezzanine space for storage use at 1031 California
