2. Negative Declaration and two Variances for number of
parking spaces and parking space standards for
construction of a new retail/office building at 701
California Drive (APN 029-053-160), zoned C-2, by
William and Patricia Britton (applicants and property

3. Sign Exception for height of signs, number of signs and
