Two Variances and a Special Permit for reconstruction of an existing nonconforming garage at 825 Linden Avenue (APN 029-026-080), zoned R-1, by Peter Scopazzi (applicant and property owner). 4. Special Permit Amendment to allow a 168 SF room at Roosevelt School to be used by the True Learning Center at 2109 Broadway (APN 027-340-150), zoned R-1, by the True Learning Center (applicant) and Burlingame Elementary School District (property owner). 5. One Variance and four Special Permits for construction of a 13 story, 136 room addition to the existing Crowne Plaza Hotel at 600 Airport Boulevard (APN 026-363-490), zoned C-4, by Harbor View Hotels, Inc. (applicant and property owner). 12. Rezoning of four parcels from M-1 to C-4 at 350 Beach Road, 1177 Airport Boulevard, 1299 Bayshore Highway and 1333 Bayshore Highway (APN 026-350-070, 026-290-310, 026-141-020 and 026-112-120). 13. Establishment of an Overlay Zone on 23.46 acres of land fronting on the west side of Bayshore Highway, permitting freestanding restaurants and prohibiting office use in excess of 20% of the gross floor area of a building.
