1. One Variance and four Special Permits for construction
of a 13 story, 136 room addition to the existing Crowne
Plaza Hotel at 600 Airport Boulevard (APN 026-363-490),
zoned C-4, by Harbor View Hotels, Inc. (applicant and
property owner).
2. Establishment of an Overlay Zone on 23.46 acres of land
fronting on the west side of Bayshore Highway,
permitting freestanding restaurants and prohibiting
office use in excess of 20% of the gross floor area of
a building.
3. Rezoning of four parcels from M-1 to C-4 at 350 Beach
Road, 1177 Airport Boulevard, 1299 Bayshore Highway and
1333 Bayshore Highway (APN 026-350-070, 026-290-310),
026-141-020 and 026-112-120).

4. Two Variances for parking and side yard setback for a
second story addition at 1365 De Soto Avenue (APN 027-

5. Special Permit for use of a portion of the Roosevelt

maintenance yard and shop area at 1151 Vancouver Avenue
(APN 027-340-150), zoned R-1, by Burlingame School
District (applicant and property owner).
6. Special Permit for retail auto repairs at 1325 Marsten
Road (APN 026-133-020), zoned M-1, by Roland Ducommun
(applicant) and Gail Bobick (property owner).

7. Sign Exception for a 351-10" high pole sign where 20,
is the maximum allowed at 1649 Adrian Road (APN 025-
262-320), zoned M-1, by Arrow Sign Co. (applicant) and

8. Special Permit for retail sales and repairs of boats,
engines, trailers as well as parts and supplies at 405
Beach Road (APN 026-331-480), by John Sofilos
(applicant) and Golden Gate Dry Wall (property owner).
9. Special Permit and Parking Variance for an exercise
studio at 1550 Rollins Road, Unit O (APN 025-272-280),
zoned M-1, by Francine Hocker (applicant) and J. D.
Andrew Yen, et al (property owner) (PROJECT WITHDRAWN
BY APPLICANT).
10. Special Permit and Parking Variance for ceramics
classes and retail sale of art supplies to be held at

et al (property owner).
11. Special Permit for a car rental agency to operate at
