2. Special Permit for retail auto repairs at 1325 Marsten
Road (APN 026-133-020), zoned M-1, by Roland Ducommun
(applicant) and Gail Bobick (property owner).
3. Sign Exception for a 35, high pole sign where 20, is
the maximum allowed at 1649 Adrian Road (APN 025-262-

4. Special Permit and Parking Variance for an exercise

10. Variances to side yard setback and pool ordinance
standards and Fence Exception for a deck and hot tub
