2. Special Permit for a 4' high VHF antenna on top of
the elevator shaft/mechanical equipment room at
1828 E1 Camino Real (APN 025-150-220), zoned C-1,
by Dr. Jurow (applicant) and Penpro Associates
(property owners).

3. Variance to side setback in order for a covered
porch and stairs to maintain a 4' side setback
