Roosevelt School for operating a school for learning
handicapped students at 1151 Vancouver Avenue (APN 027-
340-150), zoned R-1, by Hart Day School (applicant) and
the Burlingame Elementary School District (property
owner).
2. Special Permit for a dry cleaning agency to operate at
314 Lorton Avenue (APN 029-153-160), zoned C-1, Sub
Area B, by Gary and Rose Sheohmelian (applicants) and
Mel and Rosalyn Dollinger, TR. (property owners).
3. Special Permit Amendment to increase the hours of
operation of the dry cleaning plant at 1883 E1 Camino
Real (APN 025-122-0,10), zoned C-1, by Holiday Cleaners
(applicant) and California First Bank (property owner).
4. Tentative and Final Parcel Map for resubdivision of
Lots 24 through 31, Block 9, Millsdale Industrial Park
and Parcel 54 of Millsdale Industrial Park No. 5-F,
1564 to 1590 Rollins Road, by Howard and Rose Marie
Cheung, Frankay Investments Inc. and The Edward and

of a bedroom at 1708 Devereux Drive (APN 025-223-150),
zoned R-1, by Marshall and Joyce Feldman (applicants
and property owners).
9. Parking Variance for the addition of a bedroom at 1372
Vancouver Avenue (APN 026-058-110), zoned R-1 by
Michael and Kathleen Serratto (applicants and property
owners).
10. Variance to rear yard setback for construction of a
deck 5' from property line at 433 Occidental Avenue

11. Special Permit for 43, height and Variances for

12. Special Permit to convert a 495 SF warehouse area to
office use, increasing office space in the building

13. Special Permit to operate a car rental agency at the
