2. Fence Exception for a 7+-4" high fence within the front
setback at 704 Vernon Way (APN 029-171-460), zoned R-1,
by Jose and Kathy Leon (applicants and property
owners).
3. Tentative and Final Parcel Map for resubdivision of two
lots into three lots at 2674 and 2684 Summit Drive (APN

8. Sign Exception for a master signâ–ş program for the

9. Special Permit for a 6' diameter rooftop satellite dish
