1. Special Permit for a 6' diameter rooftop satellite dish
at 3 California Drive (APN 029-243-0770), zoned C-2, Sub
Area D, by Distant Mirror Video Services (applicant)
and Stanley Hanfling (property owner;).
2. Sign Exception for a Master Sign Program for the
building at 1199 Broadway (APN 026-1132-220), zoned C-1,
by David Kimmel (applicant) and Garbis Bezdjian
(property owner).
3. Special Permit Amendment to increase office and
gymnasium area at the existing racquetball club at 1730
Rollins Road (APN 025-262-280), zoned M-1, by Arthur
Michael (applicant and property owner).
VI. ACTION ITEMS
4. Two Special Permits for construction of a 660 SF
detached garage which will exceed 500 SF gross floor
area and will have 154 SF storage area where 124 SF is
permitted, at 728 Crossway Road (APN 029-051-260),
zoned R-1, by Mr. and Mrs. McCallion (applicants and
property owners).
5. Parking Variance for construction of a third bedroom
while providing one covered parking space where two are
required, at 209 Bancroft Road (APN 029-263-110), zoned
R-1, by Michael and Julie Walneuski (applicants and
property owners).
6. Two Special Permits for construction of a detached
garage with workshop area which will exceed permitted
size, 567 SF proposed, 500 SF allowed and will have a
12'-10" height where 10'-8" is allowed, at 1417 Bernal
Avenue (APN 026-054-050), zoned R-1,, by Janet and Paul
Costa (applicants and property owners).

7. - Parking Variance for the addition of two bedrooms for a
total of four bedrooms while providing one code
standard covered parking space where two are required,
at 1020 Cortez Avenue (APN 026-165-160), zoned R-1, by
Ken Ibarra (applicant) and Anthony and Susan Kossiakoff
(property owners).
