1. Two Special Permits for construction of a 660 SF
detached garage which will exceed 500 SF gross floor
area and will have 154 SF storage area where 124 SF is
permitted, at 728 Crossway Road i,APN 029-051-260),
zoned R-1, by Mr. and Mrs. McCallion (applicants and
property owners).
VII. ACTION ITEMS
2. Variance for required side yard setback to construct a
second story 5'-8" to the side property line where 8'
is required, at 2009 Clarice Lane (APN 025-143-060),
zoned R-1, by Anthony and Lella Kakis (applicants and
property owners).
3. Parking Variance for construction of a third bedroom
without providing a second covered parking space on
site, at 431 Bloomfield Road (APN 029-171-440), zoned
R-1, by Eric and Krista Hanson (applicants and property
owners).
4. Two Variances for parking and side setback for
construction of a one car garage where the code
requires two covered parking spaces which will be
located 1' to the side property line where a 41 side
yard setback is required, at 1524 Cypress Avenue (APN
028-294-100), zoned R-1, by Doug and Lori Thomas
(applicants and property owners).
5. Tentative Parcel Map to subdivide an existing lot into
three lots, at 1249 Vancouver Avenue (APN 027-340-010),
zoned R-1, by Charles Kavanagh (applicant) and John and
Theresa Colombo (property owners).

6. Special Permit for installation of a 40, high
retractable support tower and antenna for an amateur

090), zoned R-1, by Dr. William Rask:off (applicant and

7. Special Permit for a roof mounted 51--11" diameter,
71-6" high satellite dish, at 150 Anza Boulevard (APN
026-342-220/330/240), zoned C-4, by Embassy Suites
(applicant) and State of California (property owner).
8. Special Permit for the continued use (for a period of
10 years) of the airport parking facility at 615, 701
and 731 Airport Boulevard (APN 026-344-040/060/070/
080/090; APN 026-363-300/310/320/330/340/350), zoned
C-4, by T. T. Hong, et al (applicant and property
