2. Six Special Permits for a detached. oversized garage
with office/storage area above at 1_417 Bernal Avenue

(applicants and property owners).
3. Two Special Permits (for use and height) and two
Variances (for side yard and side setback) for
construction of a 110 unit group residential facility
for the elderly at 1221 Bayswater Avenue (APN 029-225-

4. Special Permit for relocation and expansion of an
