1. Fence exception for a 7'-8' high fence along the side property
lines at 412 Bayswater Avenue (APN 029-281-160) zoned R-1, by
Robert Glynn, applicant and property owner.
2. Two parking variances, one for number of spaces (24 provided, 28
required) and one for dimensions of parking spaces (16 of 24
parking spaces to have substandard dimensions) at 11 Guittard
Road (APN 025-166-210), zoned M-1 by Monrovia Van & Storage Inc.
(applicant) and Horace Guittard, Jr. (property owner).

3. Special permit for a 240 SF patio shelter to be attached to the
rear of the existing garage at 225 Bancroft Road
(APN 029-263-070) zoned R-1, by Charles Drechsler, applicant and
property owner.
4. Tentative Parcel Map for a lot division to create two lots at
1628 Forest View (APN 028-131-170) by Robert Hutton (applicant)
and David and Olinda Newsom(property owners).
5. Special Permit Amendment to remodel car wash to provide full
service attendant car cleaning; proposed changes include
increasing number of employees, reducing number of parking
spaces, including retail sales in operation, relocating required
landscaping and constructing a 1,410 SF building to provide
customer waiting area and employee lounge at 1095 Carolan Avenue
(Acreage, City of Burlingame), zoned unclassified by William
Storum (applicant) and Southern Pacific (property owner).
