1. Two variances, one for a second story addition to be constructed
3' to the side property line where 5' is required and one for a
garage extension which will be about 116" from an existing spa,
where 5' is required at 1153 Bernal Avenue (026-183-010) zoned
R-1, by Patrick and Maria Brosnan, applicants and property
owners.
2. Variance for side setback for a breezeway built 2' to the side
property line where 5' is required at 5 Las Piedras Court (APN
025-071-340), zoned R-1, by Dino Sideris, applicant and property
owner.
3. Special Permit for a temporary placement service at 1633
Bayshore Highway (APN 026-310-560, zoned M-1, by Ed Fahey
(applicant) and Ethel L. Cohn (property owner).
4. Amendment of Special Permit for retail auto detailing to include
wholesale auto sales and storage of three vehicles on the
property at 1405 North Carolan Avenue (APN 026-101-070), zoned
M-1, by Bob Ellis (applicant) and Munkdale Bros. (property
owners).
5. Amendment of Parking Variance in order to (1) allow 55 persons to
be employed on site instead of the 35 specified in the variance
approval, (2) allow some light assembly in the warehouse area,
(3) reduce parking from 33 to 32 parking spaces, at 860 Stanton
Road (APN 026-302-440), zoned M-1, by Monster Cable (applicant)
and Stanton Road Associates (property owner).

7. Sign exception for a master sign program for the building at 1199
Broadway (APN 026-192-220) zoned C-1, by David Kimmel (applicant)
and Garbis Bezdjian (property owner).
8. Two parking variances, one for number of spaces (16 provided, 28
required) and one for dimensions of parking spaces (816"xl8'
proposed, 91x20' required) at 11 Guittard Road (APN 025-166-210),
zoned M-1 by Monrovia Van & Storage Inc. (applicant) and Horace
Guittard, Jr. (property owner).
