Special Permit for a 7' high satellite dish (8' diameter) on the roof of the building at 1201 Broadway (APN 026-193-010), zoned C-1, by Village Host Pizza (applicant) and Morris Farkas (property owner). 2. Special Permit for a loan agent training course to be provided for real estate lender employees at 840 Hinckley Road, #226 (APN 026-310-530), zoned M-1, by The California School of Refinance (applicant) and Aerobay Office Center (property owner). 3. Special Permit to hold a one day auction at the Sprint warehouse at 1309 North Carolan Avenue (APN 026-131-010), zoned M-1, by Fred Dassler (applicant) and B&S Co. (property owner). 4. Special Permit for a wholesale distributor of foreign auto parts to sell at retail at 1295 Rollins Road (APN 026-131- 030), zoned M-1, by Specialty Foreign Auto Parts (applicant) and B&S Co. (property owner). 5. Amendment of Parking Variance in order to (1) allow 55 persons to be employed on site instead of the 35 specified in the variance approval, (2) allow some light assembly in the warehouse area, (3) reduce parking from 33 to 32 parking spaces, at 860 Stanton Road (APN 026-302-440), zoned M-1, by Monster Cable (applicant) and Stanton Road Associates (property owner). 6. Sign Exception for a change of copy to nonconforming signage and addition of signage at 433 Airport Boulevard (APN 026-363-240), zoned C-4, by Jin Jiang Corporation (applicant) and West Coast Properties (property owner).
