1. Fence Exception for an 8' to 9' high fence where the code
limits fences to a maximum height of 6' and Variance for
side setback for a deck built 3'-6" to the side property
line where 7-1/2' is the required setback, at 1301 Sanchez
Avenue (APN 026-221-010), zoned R-2, by Thomas and Kathryn
Newburn (applicants and property owners).
2. Condominium Permit for a 14 unit warehouse/office building
currently under construction which will consist of 5,010 SF
of office space, 5,010 SF mezzanine storage area and 26,951
SF warehouse space, at 1731 Adrian Road (APN 025-261-010),
zoned M-1, by Gerald S. Cauchi and Robert W. Kent
(applicants and property owners).
3. Tentative Condominium Map for a 14 unit warehouse/office
building at 1731 Adrian Road, Parcel 1 (P.M. 50 Page 27),

7. Special Permit to hold a one day auction at the Sprint
warehouse at 1309 North Carolan Avenue (APN 026-131-010),

8. Special Permit for a wholesale distributor of foreign auto
parts to sell at retail at 1295 Rollins Road (APN 026-131-
030), zoned M-1, by Specialty Foreign Auto Parts (applicant)
and B&S Co. (property owner).
9. Amendment of Parking Variance in order to (1) transfer
variance approved for Curley -Bates Company to a new
business, (2) allow 50 persons to be employed on site
instead of the 35 specified in the variance approval, (3)
allow some light assembly in the warehouse area, at 860
Stanton Road (APN 026-302-440), zoned M-1, by Monster Cable
(applicant) and Stanton Road Associates (property owner).
10. Sign Exception for a change of copy to nonconforming signage
at 433 Airport Boulevard (APN 026-363-240), zoned C-4, by
Jin Jiang Corporation (applicant) and West Coast Properties
(property owner).
11. Amendment of Special Permit for retail auto detailing to
include wholesale auto sales and the storage of three
vehicles on the property at 1405 North Carolan Avenue (APN
026-101-070), zoned M-1, by Bob Ellis (applicant) and
Munkdale Bros. (property owner) . (APPLICATION NOT COMPLETE)
