Amendment of Parking Variance in order to (1) transfer variance approved for Curley -Bates Company to a new business, (2) allow 50 persons to be employed on site instead of the 35 specified in the variance approval, (3) allow some light assembly in the warehouse area, at 860 Stanton Road (APN 026-302-440), zoned M-1, by Monster Cable (applicant) and Stanton Road Associates (property owner). 10. Sign Exception for a change of copy to nonconforming signage at 433 Airport Boulevard (APN 026-363-240), zoned C-4, by Jin Jiang Corporation (applicant) and West Coast Properties (property owner). 11.
