1. Parking Variance for a 644 SF second story 2 bedroom/bath
addition bringing the total number of bedrooms on this
property to 4, without providing a second code standard
parking space on site, at 609 Burlingame Avenue (APN 029-
253-040), zoned R-1, by Paul and Sandi Nichols (applicants
and property owners).
VI. STUDY ITEMS
2. Fence Exception for an 8' to 9' high fence where the code
limits fences to a maximum height of 6' and Variance for
side setback for a deck built 4'-5" to the side property
line where 7-1/2' is the required setback, at 1301 Sanchez
Avenue (APN 026-221-010), zoned R-2, by Thomas and Kathryn
Newburn (applicants and property owners).
3. Condominium Permit for a 14 unit warehouse/office building
currently under construction which will consist of 5,010 SF
of office space, 5,010 SF mezzanine storage area and 26,951
SF warehouse space, at 1731 Adrian Road (APN 025-261-010),
zoned M-1, by Gerald S. Cauchi and Robert W. Kent
(applicants and property owners).
