1. Minor Modification for a 644 SF second story 2 bedroom/bath
addition bringing the total number of bedrooms on this
property to 4, without providing a second code standard
parking space on site, at 609 Burlingame Avenue (APN 029-
253-040), zoned R-1, by Paul and Sandi Nichols (applicants
and property owners).
VI. ACTION ITEMS
2. Tentative and Final Map for the resubdivision of Lots 1 and
2, Block 8, Burlingame Land Subdivision, 1440 Columbus
Avenue, P.M. 87-2, by Kavanagh Engineering for Robert Lehto
(applicant and property owner).
3. Variance to add a second story addition, a portion of which
(20'-4" in length) along the north side of the building will
have a 4'-8" side setback where 5' minimum is required, at
31 Channing Road (APN 029-302-070), zoned R-1, by James and
Allegra Hansen (applicants and property owners).
4. Two Variances to add a 1,312 SF second story addition where
on -site parking does not meet code standards for addition of
a third bedroom and where a 4' side setback is provided
where 5' is required, at 716 Burlingame Avenue (APN 029-
173-140), zoned R-1, by Neil and Nancy Dobson (applicants
and property owners).
5. Variance for parking in order to add a 1,234 SF second story
4 bedroom/2 bath addition, bringing total number of bedrooms
to 5, without providing a second code standard parking
space, at 2209 Davis Drive (APN 025-192-050), zoned R-1, by
Richard and Vicky King (applicants and property owners).
6. Variances for parking and side setbacks in order to add a
1,610 SF (5 bedroom/2 bath) second story addition which will
maintain the existing 3' side setback of the property
instead of providing the 5' required by code and which will
have a 17'-2" x 17' garage instead of the 20' x 20'
required, at 1153 Bernal Avenue (APN 026-183-010), zoned
R-1, by Patrick and Maria Brosnan (applicants and property
owners).

7. Three Variances for (1) parking, (2) side and rear setbacks
and (3) more than one building used for residential purposes
for an apartment added without permits to remain at 1225
Capuchino Avenue (APN 026-096-090), zoned R-3, by Muriel F.
Caldwell (applicant and property owner).
8. Sign Exception to allow a 25.5 SF sign on the porte cochere
at Ramada Inn, 1250 Bayshore Highway (APN 026-142-080),
zoned C-4, by Wade McClure (applicant) and Ramada Inn
(property owner).
