1. Minor Modification to add a 1,312 SF second story addition
at 716 Burlingame Avenue, where on -site parking does not
meet code standards for addition of a third bedroom (APN
029-173-140), zoned R-1, by Neil and Nancy Dobson
(applicants and property owners).
2. Minor Modification to add a second story addition at
31 Channing Road, a portion of which (20'-4" in length)
along the north side of the building will have a 4'-8" side
setback where 5' minimum is required (APN 029-302-070),
zoned R-1, by James and Allegra Hansen (applicants and
property owners).
3. Minor Modification for a 563 SF second story 2 bedroom/bath
addition at 1504 Cortez Avenue, bringing the total number of
bedrooms on this property to four, without providing a
second code standard parking space on site (APN 026-012-
080), zoned R-1, by Gregory and Nancy Sterling (applicants
and property owners).
4. Minor Modification for a 68 SF dining room extension which
increases lot coverage to 41% versus 40% allowed by code and
a second story addition with a 5'-6" side setback instead of
the 6' minimum required by code, at 3053 Rivera Drive (APN
025-292-050), zoned R-1, by June and Vincent Aguiar
(applicants and property owners).

5. Tentative and Final Map for a lot combination of Lands of
Munkdale and Lands of Southern Pacific Transportation
Company (Parcel 40, P.M. Vol. 32, pp. 10 & 11; Parcel 44,
P.M. Vol. 50, p. 28; and Parcel 46, P.M. Vol. 58, pp. 5 &
6), 1616 Rollins Road, by Munkdale Bros. and Southern
Pacific Transportation Company (applicants and property
owners).

6. Special Permit to use 1,332 SF on the second floor at
301 California Drive (APN 029-153-090), zoned C-1, Sub Area
A, for a real estate office by Fahey Properties, Inc.
(applicant) and Nathan and Marilyn Schmidt (property
owners).
7. Sign Exception to allow a 25.5 SF sign on the porte cochere
at Ramada Inn, 1250 Bayshore Highway (APN 026-142-080),
zoned C-4, by Wade McClure (applicant) and Ramada Inn
(property owner).
