V. ITEMS FOR ACTION
1. Special Permit to join a 460 SF garage to an existing 169 SF
workshop at 309 Bayswater Avenue which causes the floor area
of the entire structure to exeed 500 SF (APN 029-302-030),
zoned R-1, by Charles R. Lewis (applicant and property
owner) (item continued from 7/13/87).
2. Variance for rear yard setback to add a 272 SF fourth
bedroom which will have a 9'-4" rear setback rather than the
15' required by code, at 2973 Arguello Drive (APN 025-293-
030), zoned R-1, by H. W. and Helen J. Prewett (applicants
and property owners).
3. Special Permits for a detached 441 SF garage which will
exceed amount of storage area allowed, will have windows
within 10' of property lines and will have windows more than
10' above grade, at 2316 Easton Drive (APN 027-153-180),
zoned R-1, by Richard and Pamela Stearns (applicants and
property owners).
4. Variance for Parking to add a one car garage with sufficient
driveway space to hold a second car where a two car garage
is required for the addition of a third bedroom, at
617 Howard Avenue (APN 029-273-020), zoned R-1, by Daryl
Buckingham (applicant) and Victor and Liv Gray (property
owners).
5. Special Permit to allow installation of an amateur radio
antenna; 21' to 51' retractable tower topped by a 16' x 24'
antenna, at 733 Plymouth Way (APN 029-171-060), zoned R-1,
by Vernon and Dorothea Howard (applicants and property
owners).
6. Special Permit Amendment to allow the Sports Therapy Clinic
at 1545 Bayshore Highway to operate 8:00 A.M. to Noon on
Saturdays and 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. on weekdays (APN 026-
321-440), zoned M-1, by Stan A. Conte_(applicant) and Mahler
Investors Ltd. (property owner).

7. Sign Exception for a change of copy on a nonconforming sign
which exceeds allowed height and sign area at 1288 Bayshore
Highway (APN 026-142-070), zoned C-4, by Peter Baird of
Signco (applicant) and Tom Leonardini (property owner).
