CONSENT ITEM A. Minor Modification to allow a 1,046 SF 3 bedroom/2 bath second story addition at 2213 Davis Drive, where on -site parking does not meet code standards for addition of a bedroom. VI. ITEMS FOR ACTION 1. Sign Exception to. add signage at 290 California Drive, the new Chamber of Commerce offices (S.B.E. 872-41-3, Parcel 10), zoned unclassified, by Karen Key (applicant) and California Department of Transportation (property owner). 2. Special Permit to join a 460 SF garage to an existing 169 SF workshop at 309 Bayswater Avenue which causes the floor area of the entire structure to exceed 500 SF (APN 029-302-030), zoned R-1, by Charles K. Lewis (applicant and property owner). 3. Special Permit to add a 400 SF extension to the existing storage shed on the property at 415 El Camino Real, increasing the size of the storage shed to 820 SF (APN 028-281-050), zoned R-1/R-3, by Tom Polizzi (applicant) and Pastor S. Coxhead representing St. Paul's Episcopal Church (property owner). 4. Sign Exception to allow a temporary sign on the side of the restaurant building at 60 Victoria Station Place which exceeds the amount of signage allowed and which is facing a frontage which doesn't meet the definition for a secondary frontage (APN 026-363-510), zoned C-4, by Restaurants Unlimited Inc. (applicant and property owner). VII. FROM THE FLOOR VIII. ITEMS FOR STUDY 5. Special Permits for a detached 441 SF garage which will exceed amount of storage area allowed, will have windows within 10' of property lines and will have windows more than 10' above grade, at 2316 Easton Drive (APN 027-153-180), zoned R-1, by Richard & Pamela Stearns (applicants and property owners). Special Permit to allow a retractable antenna support tower for an amateur radio station which ranges in height from 21 feet to 51 feet topped by a 16' x 24' antenna, at 733 Plymouth Way (APN 029-171-060), zoned R-1, by Vernon and Dorothea Howard (applicants and property owners). 7. Sign Exception for a change of copy on a nonconforming sign which exceeds allowed height and sign area at 1288 Bayshore Highway (APN 026-142-070), zoned C-4, by Peter Baird of Signco (applicant) and Tom Leonardi (property owner). 8. Special Permit Amendment to allow the Sports Therapy Clinic at 1545 Bayshore Highway to be open on Saturdays from 8:00 A.M. to Noon (APN 026-321-440), zoned M-1, by Stan A Conte (applicant) and Mahler Investors Ltd. (property owner). IX.
