1. Variance for side yard setback for a two story addition to
the home at 2627 Hale Drive (APN 027-181-280), zoned R-1, by
Paul Chrisman, property owner.
2. Tentative and Final Parcel Map for lot combination, portion
of Lot 18 and all of Lot 21, Block 4, Map of Subdivision No.
4 Burlingame Park, i.e. 700 Newhall Road (APN 028-142-230/
390), zoned R-1, by Hugh Anton (land surveyor) for Walter
Bodinghouse (property owner).
3. Revocation of Special Permit and Variance for auto rental use
due to suspension of operation for at least a year at 1250
Bayshore Highway (APN 026-142-080), zoned C-4.
4. Appeal of Building Department determination regarding
nonconforming stairway at 856 Edgehill Drive (029-022-060),
zoned C-2, by Alfred Adelsberger (applicant).

5. Minor Modification to allow the addition of a 204 SF family
room which will increase lot coverage to 40.7% rather than
the 40% allowed by code at 464 Bloomfield Road (APN 029-165-
170), zoned R-1, by Hagop Dakessian (applicant and property
owner).

6. Special Permit to use the rear half of the kindergarten
building at Roosevelt School, 1151 Vancouver Avenue
(APN 027-340-150), zoned R-1, for childbirth preparation
classes and have an office, by Kathryn Newburn (applicant)
and Burlingame Elementary School District (property owner).
7. Special Permit to allow a 20.8 SF satellite dish (overall
height 4.5') on the roof of the building at 1214 Burlingame
Avenue (APN 029-152-330), zoned C-1, by Jeff May (applicant)
and Archie & Olive Offield (property owners).

8. Sign Exception to allow number of signs to exceed that
permitted by code and to allow a pole sign at 1100 Broadway
(APN 026-093-040), zoned C-1, by Permit Service Company
(applicant) and Desert Petroleum, Inc. (property owner).
9. Special Permit to allow new and used car sales at 1028
Carolan Avenue (APN 026-240-290), zoned M-1, by Remi Seremi
and Wallace Friesen (applicants) and Eva Person (property
owner).
