1. Two Variances to allow a 620 SF second story addition at
132 Channing Road which does not meet minimum side yard and
parking requirements (APN 029-283-210), by Jeffrey and
Clyde McFadden (property owners).
2. Request for a one year extension of the permit for a 321
room hotel at 620 Airport Boulevard, by Stephen Cox for
Windmark Corporation.
3. Special Permit to allow a children's theater training
operation in a 1,449 SF portion of the former Hoover
Elementary School at 2220 Summit Drive (APN 027-271-090),
zoned R-1, by Phillip Jarosz (applicant) with Burlingame
Elementary School District (property owner).
4. Sign Exception to allow secondary frontage signs at 1420
Burlingame Avenue (APN 029-122-220), zoned C-1, by
Boardwalk Properties (applicant and property owner).
5. Special Permit Amendment to allow a retail rug shop at 1199
Broadway to expand their shop area (APN 026-192-220), zoned
C-1, by Iraj Shayesteh (applicant) with Garbis Bezdjian
(property owner).
6. Special Permit to allow a specialty grocery shop in a 984
SF portion of the building at 346 Lorton Avenue (APN 029-
153-020), zoned C-2, by Parham & Pedram Noori-Esfandiari
(applicants) with Juanita Garbuio (property owner).
7. Parking Variance to allow a vacant building at 1209 Howard
Avenue to be used for office and retail uses without
providing on -site parking (APN 029-224-040), zoned C-1, by
India Club, Inc. (applicant and property owner).

8. Three Variances and a Special Permit to add 3,391 SF of new
auto showroom area at 1025 Rollins Road (APN 026-240-300/
310/040), zoned M-1, by Mike Harvey Chevrolet/Oldsmobile
(applicant) with Alfred G. Molakidis and Wima & Alfred
Molakidis, TR (property owners):
A. Variance to allow less than 10% landscaping on site
B. Variance to allow 19 parking spaces; 81 spaces
required
C. Variance to allow a 2'-0" front setback; 15' required
D. Special Permit to exceed 60% lot coverage; 68% proposed

10. Special Permit to allow a 6 foot rooftop dish antenna at
1440 Chapin Avenue (APN 029-121-300/310/320), zoned C-1, by
Holt & Hinshaw Architects (applicant) for Patson
Development Co. (property owner).
11. Sign Exception to allow two more ground signs at 150 Anza
Boulevard (APN 026-342-220/230/240), zoned C-4, by Young
Electric Sign Co. (applicant) with United Suites
Development Co. (property owner).
