first and second story addition at 2930 Adeline Drive, zoned R-1, (Joyce Ford,

2. Application for variances for an existing side setback and for driveway width; and
special permits for use of an accessory structure for recreational purposes and for a
window within 10'-0" of the property line at 1446 Capuchino Avenue, zoned R-1,
