ADJOURNMENT Note: An action by the Planning Commission is appealable to the City Council until the end of the next regularly scheduled Council meeting on October 18, 1999. In order to be effective, appeals must be in writing and must be accompanied by an appeal fee of $250, which includes -oticing costs. If the Planning Commission's action has not been appealed or called up for review by the Council by the end of their meeting October 18, 1999, the action becomes final. If appeals are directed in writing to the City Clerk at City Hall prior to the close of the working aay on October 18, 1999, attendance at the Council meeting is not required for setting an appeal.
