ALL EXISTING CONDITIONS SHALL BE VERIFIED FOR COMPATIBILITY WITH HIS NEW CONSTRUCTION SHOWN HEREIN. IN THE EVENT THAT DISCREPANCIES ARE FOUND IN THE DRAWINGS, THE ARCHITECT SHALL BE NOTIFIED BEFORE WORK CAN PROCEED. 2. For water-based paints, paint out brushes ‰ to the extent possible, and rinse into a drain that goes to the sanitary sewer. Never pour paint down a storm drain.
