RESOLUTION REJECTING ALL BIDS - OAK GROVE
STORM DRAIN SEALING PROJECT - PROJECT #414
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized an invitat
for OAK GROVE STORM DRAIN SEALING -.PROJECT #414, and
WHEREAS, on October 9, 1984, all bids received were
opened before the City Clerk, and
WHEREAS, all bids were significantly above the
Engineer's estimate, and it appears that it is necessary and
desirable that all of said bids be rejected;
Be it therefore RESOLVED that all bids received on
that project known as, OAK GROVE STOP14 DRAIN SEALING - PROJECT
#414 are hereby rejected. S "

Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
5th day of November 1984, and was adopted thereafter
by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: AMSTRUP, BARTON, MANGINI, MARTIN, PAGLIARO
