AWARDING CONTRACT
RECONSTRUCTION OF RAY PARK SEWER TRESTLE - JOB #321
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized an invitation for bids
for the RECONSTRUCTION OF RAY PARK SEWER TRESTLE, JOB #321, and
WHEREAS, on October 9, 198 4, all bids received were opened
before the City Clerk and the Director of Public Works; and
WHEREAS, WINGARD & SEERLEY submitted
the lowest bid for the job in the amount of $ 15,937.00 ;(Bid Alternate #2)
NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED, and it is hereby ORDERED, that the
bid of WINGARD & SEERLEY for said JOB #321•

in the amount of $ 15,937.00 be, and the same hereby is accepted.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a contract be entered into between the
successful bidder hereinabove referred to and the City of Burlingame for
li
the performance of said work, and that the City Manager be, and he hereby
is authorized for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame to execute said
contract and to approve the faithful performance bond and the labor and
materials bond required to be furnished by the contractor.

certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regulat meeting of
the City Council held on the 5th day of November ,1984, and
was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
